ORLANDO, Fla. — This year’s Fund Assembly, put on by Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC (The Fund), was three days of exceptional education and networking for Florida Real Estate Attorneys. Over 1,300 of them from across the state joined together making this the first sold out Fund Assembly in 51 years. It began with a special Pre-Assembly intensive CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) Closing Disclosure Seminar where the attendees were given practical advice on how to prepare for the changes that will impact their practice.
Fund Assembly continued with training sessions, seminars, panel discussions, high-quality education, and networking opportunities that were designed to provide Members with the most up-to-date information in Florida Real Estate. “We have to remember the law is never stagnant, it’s always changing and this gives an opportunity for people who are in this field to stay abreast of all the current laws,” said Abraham Galbut, Attorney, Galbut Walters & Associates LLP.

The Fund Assembly is the largest gathering of its kind in the state of Florida. Fund Members know they can count on The Fund to stay at the forefront of Florida real estate law.
