Indianapolis – Author John Green, who is best-known for his book-turned-movie Fault in Our Stars, listed his three-bedroom, two and half-bathroom home at $329,000, according to realtor.com. Located just outside of Indianapolis, this home is where he wrote most of The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns.

Since 2012, Green has upgraded the home to have granite kitchen countertops, a breakfast bar, new appliances and renovations done to all the bathrooms.

Green started off as gaining a following from his YouTube video days, stating back in June 2007 in a  video how he was about to purchase a home which is thought to be the house that is now listed for sale. Some videos after then appear to be taped in the Indianapolis home.

It is 3,720 square-feet with a two-car garage that comes with a charging station for electric cars. Green installed built-in bookshelves in various rooms in the home, including the basement and office. There are wood floors throughout the home and also a fireplace.

Green’s Paper Towns is also currently being made into a film, which make it the second film based on one of his books. Brian Campbell from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty is the listing agent.
