Michael Lyon former CEO of Lyon Real Estate is faced with more criminal allegations. According to The Sacramento Bee there was a lawsuit filed against him through the Sacramento Supreme Court on Wednesday. The lawsuit alleges that Lyon “published and/ or sold” the recordings of private sexual encounters to adult websites.
This lawsuit is just the tip of the iceberg for the 59-year-old Lyon, in 2012 he reportedly paid out 2.5 million to settle a suit filed by former baby sitters, nannies and friends of the family who found out they were being secretly recorded while in bathrooms, showers, and bedrooms.
