Philadelphia – Currently sidelined Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee put his condo up for sale for $6.9 million. The home is located on the 20th floor and overlooks Rittenhouse Square.

Measuring 4,166 square feet in space, the condo is a three bedroom and three bathroom living space. The condo features a walk-in closet in the master suite and gourmet kitchen, while the building comes with an indoor pool, a fitness center, a 24-hour concierge desk and two-automated garage parking spaces.

The condo building opened in 2010, and Lee purchased his home at $4.85 million in January 2011. The area it is located in—historic Rittenhouse Square—is said to have been around since the 1700s.

Lee is currently placed on the 60-day disabled list due to a strained elbow tendon. He is in the middle of his second contract with the Phillies, but his injury has placed him on the disabled list twice in the last year. This year is his final year of his five-year contract, which many suspect may be his last year pitching for the Phillies if he can recover—which may explain the reason he listed his home.

Laurie Phillips of BHHS Fox & Roach is the listing agent for the condo, and it can be viewed here.
