The 123,329-square-foot strip mall located in Orlando on the north end of International Drive was bought for $33.3 million by Beachwood, an Ohio-based company.
The purchased property — currently the International Drive Value Center from WRI TC International Drive Vale Center LLC— sits next to Fun Spot America and across from the newly opened Artegon Orlando Marketplace, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
County records show the deal was finalized on April 29. This deal was also the second largest in Orange County when ranked according to price-per-square-foot. The shopping center near Universal Orlando Resort sold in February for the most for price-per-square-foot, $398 per square foot compared to the international Drive Value Center at $270 per square foot.
No further details have been released as to what will become of the property or any new additions to the existing tenants.
