With the 2015 NBA Finals underway, LeBron James has something else to be happy and grateful about — the Cleveland Cavaliers’ small forward finally sold his Coconut Grove home, severing his final tie to Miami.
The home, where he live for four years when he played for the Miami Heat, sold for $15 million asking price, which is less than the original $17 million he listed at. In the listing video of the home, they call it the “King’s Palace.”
The 12,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms and located right on the Biscayne Bay. The sale is pending, according to the Miami Herald. James accepted an offer and purchase contract has been signed.
James bought the home for $9 million back in 2010, and it was assessed by the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser’s at a property $8.6 million with $200,000 in taxes.
The property at 3590 Crystal View Court was listed by Tomi Rose of Opulence International Realty.
