Los Angeles – Nine Inch Nails Trent Reznor has listed his home in Beverly Hills and is selling it for just under $4.5 million according to Curbed LA.

Reznor, who recently was brought on board to help redesign and relaunch Beats Music, bought the two-story house in 2007 for just under $4.2 million. It is listed as a five bedroom and four bathroom home that sits on .57 areas of land.

Since he’s moved in, he has upgraded the kitchen, “raised the roof” (converted the  ceilings to be double-vaulted), improving the master bedroom into a suite with a private balcony and converting the garage into a music studio.

There is wood floorings throughout the home, along with a porch in addition to the private balcony. The house has a infinity-edge pool that sits on the edge of the backyard and overlooks the hills of the West Los Angeles. There is a fireplace indoors and outdoors.

The home was built in 1966 and is currently 4,300 square-feet. His home can be found listed on trulia.com with Richard Stearns of Partners Trust as the listing agent.
