Actor Patrick Dempsey’s Malibu home is for sale, listed at $14.5 million. The house was originally completed in 1972, and was designed by architect Frank Gehry for abstract painter Ron Davis.
According to Realtor.com, the home is 5,500 square feet and comes with a pool, gardens, an outdoor kitchen, a large lawn that homes their farm animals and 3.3 acres that the entire property sits on.
Dempsey bought the home in 2009 for $7 million with his then-wife Jillian. The two filed for divorce after being married for 15 years.
Gehry is best known for designing the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and the Guggenheim Museum in Spain. The home is listed with Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland and Chris Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker.
