Property Debt Research announced its new chief operating officer as Patrick Emrich in a press release on June 23. The role was newly created and Emrich will oversee all operating aspects of Property Debt Research and its subsidiaries, ensuring efficient operation techniques and procedures.
Emrich has 15 years of real estate and title experience, and previously worked as the vice president of First Federated Title, LLC before joining Property Debt Research. He has been a licensed realtor since 2003, recently passed the real estate broker exam and belongs to a variety of statewide real estate-oriented associations.
“Patrick is an industry veteran who has strong title industry knowledge that makes him an excellent fit for our company. I am confident that our clients will benefit from his expertise and we are thrilled to have him on our team,” CEO of Property Debt Research Bruce Russell said in a press release.
Property Debt Research is headquartered in Fort Myers, Fla., specializing in research in municipal liens and debt on residential and commercial properties nationwide.
